Do you do custom orders?

We are currently not accepting any custom orders. If you would like to change the bow option on your Ears please send us an email.

How long until my ears arrive and where do you ship to?

All of our ears are handmade to order and have a 16 business day processing time (Not including Saturdays, Sunday or Holidays). We offer standard shipping to the U.S. and standard shipping to Canada (We do not cover international or custom fees). Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.

* PREORDERS have a 20 business day turnaround time (Not including Saturday, Sunday or Holidays) plus shipping time. 

*UPCOMING TRIP? - Please email me prior to/ or by replying to the confirmation email with your trip date. Please do not put trip dates/need by dates in the comments section without emailing me, these will not be honored. 

Everything is out of stock, when do you restock?

We do our best to keep things in stock at all times. However, sometimes life gets in the way. The best way to keep track is to check our feed and watch our stories on Instagram (@EarsFullofSugar).

Who will your ears fit?

Headbands do fit most children and adults of all ages.

USPS Lost/ Damaged my Ears

Unfortunately, once we drop off the ears we are no longer responsible for shipping matters. Should something go wrong, please reach out to your local USPS office or https://www.usps.com/help/

Returns

In the case that your item is defective or damaged please email us within 2 days after your item has been delivered.

Cancellations 

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase via email.

I received my tracking information, but it hasn't moved yet. What's wrong?

No worries! A couple of things might have happened. One, I may have been very excited and printed your shipping label early. When this happens, you get a notification immediately, but it might still take a few days for your package to start making its way to you. Two, sometimes we drop things off at the post office and they don't move as quickly as we would like them to. Again, stay calm, your magic mail is in good hands!
